India must make the most of tomorrow’s game against Afghanistan to shore up its net run rate and regain control of its group. However, it is not all doom and gloom. There are some positive signs and there are some positives and negatives for the Indian team, namely a good start.

First, the Net run rate is an important factor in determining who advances to the next round in this tournament. There are six teams in this tournament and they have been divided into two groups – Group A and Group B. Each group has its own Net Run Rate.
